PermaFrost Cooling LLC is here to help those who are struggling with rising electricity costs. We understand that there is a need for a multi-pronged attack when fighting energy consumption. We supply a product, PermaFrost, which properly lubricates cooling systems to reduce maintenance and replacement, increase cooling capacity and cut energy use.

Invention Meets Opportunity
PermaFrost was invented over 10 years ago by Toni Sgarbi. Through PermaFrost International, Inc., a Houston based company, he has spent the last ten years testing and marketing this revolutionary product in commercial and industrial markets, primarily in Asia and Australia where energy usage has been an even greater concern than in the United States.

2005 was a year that saw increases in energy costs to rival those of the 1970s. Michael Wilkins, Ricky Wilkins and Eugene Harris, hotel industry veterans and operators of Lexington Hotel Suites and Inns, discovered PermaFrost as a viable product to reduce property owners’ costs of operating all their cooling systems—from air conditioners to ice machines. In addition to reducing the cost of cooling, PermaFrost reduces compressor run times, extending the life of expensive HVAC equipment and further lowering costs. This group joined forces with PermaFrost International and founded Permafrost Hotel & Apartment, LP to market PermaFrost in the United States. PermaFrost Energy LLC was formed to sell PermaFrost to consumers while also recruiting additional distributors across the country.

Moving Forward
PermaFrost Cooling LLC is a Houston-based company that sells and distributes PermaFrost to residential and commercial property owners and operators. PermaFrost Cooling is owned and operated by John Moorhead and Linda Moorhead, with over 30 years experience in sales and customer service. We cater to properties and operations that are affected by the rising costs of cooling— residential homes, restaurants, hospitals, educational, retail and office facilities. As awareness of the patented technology of PermaFrost grows, it is increasingly recognized as one of the major solutions to our energy woes.

PermaFrost Cooling LLC and our partners endeavor to not only deliver PermaFrost directly to property owners and managers but are actively recruiting HVAC businesses to become dealers of the product. Through these joint efforts, we will enable consumers to reduce their energy usage and do our part to help our country reduce its demand for energy.
